Due to the ease of use with these pre-planted hanging baskets, there isn’t really much to say regarding what to do when it arrives. All you have to do is hang it up! Where you hang it is mostly up to you and the effect that you want to bring to your garden, however, try your best to hang in a sunny or semi shaded position that is protected from strong winds, if possible.
Aftercare for Pre-planted hanging baskets
- Check and water your basket every day in summer, (unless the compost is wet).
- Aim to keep the compost moist but not soggy, and avoid wetting the foliage and flowers.
- Apply a general purpose liquid fertiliser once a week.
- Deadhead faded blooms to extend the flowering period.
